Talview endeavors to ensure the integrity, security, and privacy of user data end to end. The platform supports integration with many third-party external systems. The process documented relates to the platform and our practices - external systems may follow their own processes. Users and customers are given clear consent mechanisms when the data in the platform is made available to third-party integration. Organizations and institutions using our products are responsible for the data that they collect from users such as candidates, students, guardians of students, recruiters, hiring managers, or test administrators for the data collected on their behalf.

The Office of the CISO and DPO is responsible for GDPR readiness of the platform. Our legal counsel reviews the platform privacy policy, terms and conditions, consent, and opt-in clauses to ensure our continued compliance.

Compliance with WCAG 2.1 guidelines is an important aspect of our platform including logical navigation environments, captions for audio-video content, audio-based instructions, labels for all key interaction elements, support for zooming in the user interface, detailed notifications, consistent icons & buttons, etc. Many of these functionalities are available out of the box, while few can be configured on-demand.
In pursuit of our goal to provide world-class solutions to our customers, Talview adopts industry best practices as software development and operations processes. Periodic external SOC 2 Type II audit and certification of our controls focusing on Security, Availability, Confidentiality, Processing Integrity, Privacy is conducted, and reports are available to our customers.
