Events for Bulk Hiring 

“Events” is an ideal solution for conducting a campus drive or bulk hiring session, where you manage multiple recruiters and panel members and invite many candidates to attend interviews for various job openings. All the data of a bulk drive will be easily accessible at one place through events feature. 

1. Create an event

Create an event on Talview and add the event details.

2. Invite recruiters

Invite all the recruiters who are hiring are various job openings. Recruiters can create assessments based on the role and invite candidates to attend the interview process.

3. Assign Panel

Recruiters can invite his team to be a part of the panel members to evaluate the candidates. Once the panel accepts the invitation, candidates can be assigned to him by the recruiter or the organizer.
